Happy Valley Medical Office Building 28,000 Sq. Ft. 2-Story Building
This was the first commercial building reviewed by the City Planning Department under the new Happy Valley Design Guidelines. The Master plan consists of a two and three story complex that will total 64,000 sq. ft. at full build out. The eastern 2-story building and 112 parking spaces are part of Phase 1.
