With over 20 years of experience, Scott provides design, project management and leadership for challenging projects in the health care and commercial fields. Guiding projects from their inception through completion, he is focused on high quality, creative and cost-effective solutions to our client's design needs. His dedication to accomplishing good architecture as opposed to trendy design assures the projects lasting integrity. His in-depth understanding of the construction process and proactive approach to document production, results in saving the project from unnecessary change orders and costly delays. These attributes, combined with an extensive knowledge of building and life safety codes, and an ability to work cooperatively with the jurisdictional agencies, have allowed him to repeatedly manage and complete projects within the time frame and budget constraints of our clients.

With 18 years of experience in architecture, including 15 years in the planning and design of healthcare facilities, Tom‘s role includes the management of JRJ&A’s architectural design staff, along with design responsibility for specific projects. His expertise covers a wide range—from conceptual designs through construction documents. Tom has been integrally involved with numerous healthcare projects including large office buildings, parking structures, regional labs, medical office buildings, cancer treatment facilities, outpatient centers, campus circulation and infrastructure, adult daycare centers, and campus master planning.
Tom has been personally responsible for the design of numerous major additions and renovations to existing facilities and primary care centers.

Over 20 years of experience in architecture has taken Dave through many building types and facets of architectural production, design and space planning. His experience brings a perspective that enables quick development of functional and aesthetic spaces. With his assistance, the needs of the owner and user are carefully ushered from early design all the way through construction to a final well designed project, all while keeping the budget and schedule well within guidelines.
Work includes tenant improvement projects ranging from small to large. Sizes range from about 1,000 SF to 15,000 SF totaling to well over 150,000 SF. These projects include: imaging projects, MRI, CT, X-ray, Fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound; Cancer treatment facilities: Gamma Knife, the two Tomo-Therapy installations in Oregon; multiple ambulatory surgical centers; kidney dialysis and vascular access centers, optical clinics, immediate care clinics and many other clinics and physician offices of varied medical specialties. Other projects include additions to existing medical facilities, and major parking structures and additions.
Some of these clients include: Meridian Park Radiation Oncology, Center for Medical Imaging, Portland Medical Imaging, Liberty Dialysis - Honolulu, NW Renal Clinic, Petroff facial Plastic Surgery, NW Renal Clinic, Southwest Washington Medical Center and many other projects for Providence Health & Services

With 11 years of experience in architecture Paul Borowick has completed a multitude of projects for JRJ&A. These projects range from tenant improvement remodels in medical offices to diagnostic imaging rooms to Catheterization Labs to Medical Office buildings. His understanding of client involvement in the design process allows for well planned and integrated designs. From the beginning phases of schematic design through project completion, Paul’s interaction and communication with the client results in a project tailored to meet their specific needs. Along with project design and implementation, Paul is also responsible for the I.T. management of the office.
