Matt Ottinger, AIA

Project Architect

With 26 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of healthcare facilities,  Matt’s role includes guiding in-house and consultant teams through each phase of a project to achieve our clients’ objectives.  He has built an extensive healthcare portfolio including research labs, MOBs, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient centers, and Level I Hospitals to rural Critical Access hospital facilities.  A seasoned Project Manager, Matt has experience with several different project delivery methods including design build, CMGC and modified integrated project delivery.

Matt earned his Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Idaho. A licensed architect in Oregon, he is active in numerous healthcare related professional associations and is currently a member of the Oregon Rules Advisory Committe for the Facility Guidelines Institute.

Matt enjoys numerous hobbies with his family including cycling, golfing, hiking, birding, camping, fly fishing and skiing. And he also finds time to be a crew member on Columbia River sailboat races. Once inside he enjoys making furniture and other wood working and home improvement projects.
