Sean Ingersoll

Senior Project Manager
Sean-Scott Ingersoll is very excited to rejoin the team at JRJ Architects, having previously been with the firm from 1995-1999.  With over 26 years of healthcare architecture design experience, Sean has been involved in the design and construction administration of an extensive portfolio of projects, including medical tenant improvements, department remodels, imaging modality replacements, parking structures and freestanding hospital projects.  He enjoys actively participating in all phases of healthcare delivery, from preliminary schematic design and user meeting groups through construction documentation and administration in the field.  Sean believes his continuous involvement throughout the entirety of the project is critical to its success and he works diligently to foster collaborative team relationships. He also writes pretty good meeting minutes.
Sean graduated with his Bachelor of Architecture, magna cum laude, from the University of Oregon.
Outside of the office, Sean loves soccer.  He really, really loves soccer. In addition to supporting the Portland Timbers and Thorns from the stands, he plays midfielder for his O50 team FC77 Hibernians and serves on the FC77 Board.  Off the pitch, Sean enjoys hiking, Hood to Coast with his Van #2 family, and weight lifting.  He is also working towards his goal of setting foot on all seven continents…and is 5/7s of the way there.
