800 5th Avenue Plaza Building

Owned by Providence Health & Services, this 7-story office building houses open and private offices, conference rooms and informal gathering areas to accommodate 800 staff. The design team followed LEED Best Practices including occupancy controlled outlets, daylight dimming, demo recycling, with LEED Platinum standard build-outs and sustainability and energy studies. The General Contractor was engaged for early budgeting and cost and worked with the design team to finalize mechanical and life safety documents within the designated budgets. REVIT was utilized on this project and integrated with the MEP sub-contractor’s documents as part of the delegated design process. JRJ worked closely with the landlord, tenant, contractor and subs to integrate and update existing systems.
