This project consists of underground parking, ground floor mixed-use tenants and five stories of office administrative space. POP II also features a cafe, conference rooms, credit union, business center and Reflection Room. An adjacent six tier parking structure built on a radius responds to the surrounding site context.
This fast track delivery project engaged the GC at Schematic Design for early budgeting and constructability collaboration. REVIT and AutoCAD were utilized to integrate architectural and engineering drawings with the MEP subcontractor’s documents as part of the constructability process. JRJ worked closely with the owner and contractor during the clash detection exercise through Navisworks.
